This redevelopment replaced four existing units with nine new homes across a mix of standalone and duplex dwellings. Significant infrastructure coordination was required, including installation of a new power transformer, major water main upgrades and relocation of telecommunications infrastructure. The homes were constructed to Homestar 6 standards.
