Signature has embarked on a carbon-zero target to plant large tracks of New Zealand Native forest to offset the carbon creation of building new homes.
Since we began our partnership with Trees That Count in January 2022, 40,050 trees have been funded and will help to remove about 9,116 tonnes of carbon dioxide from our atmosphere over 50 years.
Formance is a New Zealand-based supplier and manufacturer of OSM, Structural Insulated and wrapped exterior wall panels. This solution creates an aweather-tight solution that is faster than conventional construction and is far superior in terms of Insulation and energy efficiency. NZGBC Homestar mandatory minimums are easily achieved as well as the future caps of the Building For Climate Change programme. Formance being an NZ supplier has a logistics solution already in place without relying on the strained international shipping routes and has successfully delivered hundreds of homes for New Zealanders.
