Luke Street, Otahuhu
Located on Luke Street in Otahuhu, this is a modern community housing project. It was designed by TOA Architects, drafted by Wingate Architects, and structurally engineered by Markplan Consulting Engineers.
On a 1004m² site, Te Ara features three buildings with eighteen one-bedroom homes for Emerge Aotearoa. An interesting addition is a 4-metre-high concrete Waka Prow, which adds an artistic touch to the development.
We donated a 4-metre high Waka prow to our repeat clients at Emerge Aotearoa. The Waka prow carries the name “Te Ara,” a name generously gifted from Tainui.
