This project involved the transformation of one existing home which was removed to make way for three new, modern residences. Located directly behind Rowandale School, the development required careful planning and execution to maximise space and functionality.
Each home was constructed using James Hardie Axon and Linea™ Weatherboard, finished in a timeless neutral palette that complements the surrounding environment.
